Stuff like this makes me afraid that Flash just won’t die. Just when CSS was finally catching up in the designer’s imagination as a solid, and more open/compatible, stand in for Flash it looks like Adobe’s gearing up their Air software to remake Flash as an application platform. In theory I’m fine with this. However, anyone who shoots video should perk up their ears. This could mean a continued dominance in Flash distribution rather than a migration to MPEG standards.
