Polaroid is closing down its factories. A generation of hipsters mourns.

I find myself saddened as well but less for their more recent kitsch value (of which I am only a slight fan) and more for the real nostalgia I have from being a kid in the 80s and having 100s of polaroids of me floating around. We’ll always have the memories.
