OK. I am not against the idea of facebook apps. The idea is kind of quaint and it makes sense in certain applications. I like the apps of the “these are the movies I like” or “this is a country I’ve visited” variety. They serve to enhance the facebook profile and elaborate on your interests while linking you to others with the same interests.
But when did it become OK for people to write apps that serve no purpose whatsoever except to clutter up your profile like so many stickers on your three ring binder? I don’t have stickers on the lid of my laptop for a reason and its the same reason I’m not accepting your vampire request. |
